Carolyn Moore is an experienced facilitator, executive coach, and transformation leader with GIANT Innovation’s European practice. She has worked with numerous global corporations and scale-up organizations to develop the leadership capabilities, mindsets, and cultures needed to drive innovation and transformation.

Previously, Carolyn served as Global Director of Digital Transformation at Arcadis, where she designed and delivered the award-winning Expedition DNA transformation program, engaging 27,000 employees worldwide. The program was recognized as the Best Digital Transformation Program by the Environmental Business Journal in 2020. She also led global digital and IT transformation initiatives at WPP, working in partnership with IBM.

As an executive coach and leadership facilitator, Carolyn has developed programs incorporating human-centered design thinking, Theory U, and systemic team coaching, including work with Otto Scharmer of MIT Sloan School of Management. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master’s in Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney, with additional executive education in Design Thinking at MIT and Digital Leadership at Vlerick Business School. Carolyn has also coauthored publications on digital transformation, innovation, and organizational culture.
