Rossanna brings a compelling combination of experience from senior exec within Fortune 100 corporations to founding employee of a first-in-kind fashion e-commerce startup ($650M valuation), Board Member/Adviser and investor. She has worked in 50+ countries, across multiple sectors including entertainment, media, tech, luxury, pharma, CPG and non-profit. She was one of the first to bring digital marketing to Hollywood and continued to spearhead digital transformation for some of the world’s biggest brands including Disney, Warner Bros. and Estee Lauder. Rossanna has also consulted with many venture backed startups helping them to launch, secure investment and scale. More recently, she has focused on combining her corporate and startup experience mentoring senior executives in corporate innovation and transformation. She is passionate about social impact and sustainability, bringing them into all aspects of her consulting practice.

Rossanna holds a BS in Biochemistry from Cornell University, as well as certificates in Facilitation and Innovation Coaching.
