What is the agenda?

During the workshop you will learn the 5 key innovation skills within the GIANT Toolkit:

GIANT Skill 1: Gather

Drawing on a design thinking approach, participants will learn a practical framework for conducting interviews to uncover customer and stakeholder needs.

GIANT Skill 2: Illuminate

Using the “jobs-to-be-done” theory of innovation as a foundation, this skill provides a powerful way to reframe customer needs and business challenges.

GIANT Skill 3: Actualize

Building on the latest brainstorming and neuroscience research, this skill allows anyone to become a more creative problem solver.

GIANT Skill 4: Navigate

This skill teaches you how to maximize the likelihood that new concepts succeed by using low-risk, low-resource experiments to test, learn, and iterate.

GIANT Skill 5: Tell

Applying the WGOCA Pitch Template, this skill helps you persuade and build support among key stakeholders.
