Create a more flexible, customer-centric, and innovative culture

One of the most overlooked, yet most powerful, resources to accelerate innovation are an organization's own people (especially those without the word 'innovation' in their titles!). The Daily Innovator Executive Workshop is a hands-on 1-day workshop that will help you to unlock this potential and transform the culture within any organization. Attendees will also have the unique opportunity to learn best practices to develop their own Daily Innovator System through a series of activities designed to mirror real-world business challenges.

By the end of the workshop you will:

  • Gain Insights into Transforming Others: You'll also have the opportunity to discuss case studies about how best-in-class organizations rolled out their own innovation training programs, such as DFW Airport, Turner Construction, Citibank, and Walmart. We will also explore diagnostic questions that will encourage you to think critically about your organization’s own innovative culture.
  • Master mindsets and toolsets: From developing a questioning mindset to creative brainstorming, you will experience fundamental innovation skills that you can share and build with your organization, regardless of industry.
  • Connect with other Corporate Innovation and L&D Leaders: You will also have the opportunity to network with fellow change-makers and senior leaders from a diverse range of organizations, as well as the team of seasoned corporate innovation experts from GIANT.

Who should attend?

  • Executives in large, traditional organizations who are looking to drive culture change, especially around innovation and customer-centricity.
  • Leaders who are looking to increase the innovative capabilities of their teams, departments, and organizations.
  • HR or Innovation executives who want to create programs that will foster a more entrepreneurial and creative organizational culture, from the mailroom to the boardroom.
