Fatih is the Head of the Turkey Office at GIANT Innovation and a change management and innovation consultant. He has 25 years of diversified and global experience across several industries and has participated and led various change management and corporate transformation for several multinational companies.

Most recently, he was with ING Bank in senior roles in project management, corporate innovation, and corporate strategy, and human resources in Turkey, the Netherlands and the United States. He is a certified innovation coach, executive coach, and facilitation designer.

He also has extensive entrepreneurial experience, having built several tech startups in the telecommunication and construction industries.  

Fatih holds a BA in Political Science from Ankara University, a BA in Economics from Dortmund University and a MA in Economics and Sociology from Dortmund University. He speaks Turkish, English and German.
